Our minimum order quantities are flexible. We recommend starting at 100 units as a practical first run for most products. Larger quantities reduce per-unit cost significantly, so ordering more when your demand supports it is always worth considering. Standard production takes 10 to 15 business days after you approve your digital proof. We send proofs before any production begins, so review time is not counted against that window. Rush timelines may be available on request. Contact us with your deadline and we will confirm availability.

Yes. Every order ships free anywhere in the United States. There is no minimum order value and no destination surcharge. Free shipping applies to every custom skincare box order we produce.

Yes. Digital proofs and mockups are provided with every order so you can review your packaging design before anything goes to press. Physical samples are also available on request. Request a quote and let us know if you would like a physical sample.

We accept Adobe Illustrator (.ai), PDF, PSD, and EPS files. For best results, provide files at 300 DPI or higher in CMYK color mode with fonts outlined. If you do not have design files, our team can create artwork for your custom skincare boxes as part of our design consultation.

Yes. Design consultation is included with every quote. If you do not have existing design files, our team works with your logo, brand colors, and vision to produce print-ready artwork. You do not need to arrive with a finished design to get started.
