We're redesigning our site, with more products coming soon. All quote forms work as normal, so order any skincare or cosmetic packaging as usual.

FAQ

The questions we get most

Minimums, lead times, materials, proofs, and what a quote actually involves. Answered plainly, without the runaround. If yours is not here, ask us or send your specs and we will answer it in the reply.

The boxes themselves

Minimums are flexible, and 100 units is the run we usually recommend starting at. It is enough to launch a product without committing to stock you have not sold yet. Per-unit pricing drops as the quantity climbs, so if you know a reorder is coming it is worth quoting two volumes at once.
Ten to fifteen business days from the day you approve your proof. The clock starts at approval, not at your order, so the time you spend reviewing the proof is yours and does not eat into the window. We will tell you upfront if a deadline is not going to work.
No. Every order ships free to any address in all fifty states, with no minimum order value and no surcharge for distance. Delivery is included in the ten to fifteen business day window, not added on top of it.
Yes. A digital dieline and print proof come back with every order, free, and nothing reaches the press until you sign it off. If something is wrong we revise and send it again. Physical samples are also available on request, priced by how complex the build is.
That is the only way we build. There are no stock sizes here: you give us the length, width, and depth of the container, and the dieline and insert get cut around those numbers. A box that is close enough is a box that lets the product slide in transit. Browse the skincare packaging range to start from a format near yours.
Four stocks. White cardstock prints the sharpest and is what most brands choose. Brown recyclable kraft is uncoated and natural. Corrugated adds wall strength for boxes that ship on their own. Luxury rigid board is the premium option for gift sets and flagship products. Every one of them takes the full finishing menu.
Printing is full-color CMYK offset, with Pantone matching when a brand color has to land exactly the same on every reorder. We also print box interiors and lay white ink on dark stock. Finishes are foil stamping, spot UV, embossing, debossing, matte or gloss lamination, and window die-cuts, in any combination.
Adobe Illustrator, PDF, EPS, or PSD. Set them up at 300 DPI or higher in CMYK, with fonts outlined, and we can work straight from them. If your files are not press-ready we will tell you what needs fixing rather than printing something that disappoints you.
We will build one with you, at no extra cost. Design help is part of every quote. Bring a logo, your brand colors, and a rough idea of the look, and our team turns that into print-ready artwork. Plenty of brands arrive with nothing more than that.
Yes. Brown recyclable kraft is the obvious one, and it is a common pick for clean beauty lines that want the packaging to look and feel uncoated. Our cardstock and corrugated stocks are recyclable too. Mention it when you send your specs and we will steer the material choice that way.

Quotes and ordering

Send us the quote form with your product, a quantity, and whatever specs you have. You will hear back within 24 hours with pricing, a material recommendation, and a timeline. If something in your spec is going to cause a problem, that first reply is where we say so.
No, and there is nothing to commit to. Quotes are free and come back itemized, so you can see what the stock costs versus the finishes and decide what is worth keeping. Plenty of people quote a job, think about it, and come back months later.
Your product dimensions and a quantity. Size is one of the main things a price is built from, so measure the bottle, jar, or tube in inches and give us length, width, and depth. Without those a quote is guesswork that will change on you later. Everything else, material, finishes, artwork, we can recommend or help with.
We draw your dieline and send a digital proof. You review it, we revise anything that needs revising, and once you approve, the job goes to press. From that approval it is ten to fifteen business days to a free delivery anywhere in the US.
Yes. Your artwork and specs stay on file, so a repeat run skips the back and forth and goes almost straight to quote. Reorders are also where Pantone matching earns its keep, since it holds the color to the same reference as the first batch instead of drifting a shade.

Who you are dealing with

We are a US-based manufacturer with multiple facilities, and we ship free to every state. Delivery runs 10 to 15 business days after you approve your proof, anywhere in the country. You can read more about how we work.
Both, and the small ones are a large part of what we do. A flexible minimum is what makes that possible: a founder ordering 100 units before a first launch gets the same dieline, the same proof, and the same stock options as a line reordering in the thousands.
Indie skincare and beauty labels, private label operations packing for several clients at once, e-commerce sellers, and subscription boxes. The common thread is a product that needs a box built to it rather than around it. See the formats we build.
Yes. Larger runs bring the per-unit price down, and because your artwork and specs stay on file, a repeat order is straightforward to put back into production. If you are planning a standing reorder, say so in your quote request and we will price it with that in mind.
